Bohéme Selbu Mittens PDF knit pattern

I have always loved the history of Selbu mittens from Norway, and that is why I had to design a pair of my own, these Bohéme Selbu mittens.

The Bohéme Selbu mittens knit pattern is written in 3 sizes: Kids 6-8 years, women's and men's.

The gauge for each size is

Kids

Needle no. 3.5 mm (US 4): 26 sts and 32 rounds, knitted in the round in pattern.

Women

Needle no. 5 mm (US 8): 24 sts and 23 rounds, knitted in the round in pattern.

Men

Needle no. 5 mm (US 8): 20 sts and 21 rounds, knitted in the round in pattern. 

The kid's size mitten is knitted in Camarose Økologisk Hverdagsuld (the orange and grey in the pictures). The women's size mitten is knitted in Camarose Lamauld (the charcoal and grey on the pictures). The men's size mitten is knitted in Lopi Lettlopi (the dark green and white in the pictures).

You use about 50 g of each colour for each pair of mittens.
