General: By using this website and purchasing digital knitting patterns, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website or purchase any patterns.

Intellectual Property: All patterns and related materials on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the patterns for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the patterns without my express written consent.

Product Description: I take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of patterns appearing on my website are accurate. However, I do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. I accept various forms of payment, including credit card and PayPal.

Refunds and Returns: Since some of my products are digital files, I do not offer refunds or returns on those. However, if you have any issues with a pattern, please contact me at faroeknit@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve the problem.

Customer Support: I will do my best to provide support and assistance with any issues related to my patterns. However, I cannot guarantee that the patterns will work with all yarns, needles, or skill levels.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Faroe Islands.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: I reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
Shipping
Ready to ship orders are shipped latest 2 days after order date. Custom orders are shipped after a processing time of 4 weeks. Both standard and traceable orders are shipped with Posta.
During the Holidays, the processing time of custom orders may be longer than 4 weeks. If that is the case, you will be informed.

Domestic shipping: 40 DKK
International shipping:
Without Tracking number: 100 DKK.
With Tracking number: 150 DKK.
Traceable shipping
For orders with tracking number, the shipping costs 50 DKK extra. With traceable shipping you can track your order from ship date to arrival, and it is insured.
